Customized Employment incorporates several different strategies:
- Job carving/creation
- Job sharing
- Supported Employment
- Self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives
- Other individualized job development or restructuring strategies
that result in job responsibilities that match both the employee’s
and employer’s needs.
