No Spare Marylander: Intensive Workshop for Job Seekers with Disabilities
The Maryland Department of Disabilities (MDOD), with the assistance from the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR), is hosting no-cost, one-day workshops to Maryland job seekers with disabilities. Upcoming workshops are scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2009 at the at the Lower Shore One-Stop Job Market in Salisbury, and Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Prince George's County One-Stop Career Center in Largo. The No Spare Marylander workshops provide information related to employment and disability. Activities include resume and cover letter review, benefits counseling, and mock interviews.
